Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Inter have been granted permission to loan Bellerin. But there are still details about the money that need to be negotiated with Arsenal.

News reports stated that Inter’s number one target is Cagliari’s signing of Uruguayan midfielder Naitan Nandez. So a loan for Bellerin without an option to buy would be a huge plus for the Nerazzurri.
